Geoff Miller and Harold Carr play Richie
I wrote this tune last month. Geoff and I rehearsed it once just before Christmas then got together again on January 4 and recorded it. Still needs a bit more rehearsal but I like what we have so far.
The head uses harmonic materials from Richie Beirach's Elm, thus the title of the tune. The solo changes are my own discovery.
Recorded on my Zoom H2 recorder using its builtin mics.
